A: By sea, by air or by express(DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, UPS, etc).

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons or wooden boxes. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q5. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 1 to 3 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample fee and the courier cost.

A: The normal delivery time to USA is 3-5 days, while 3-7 days will be needed for other countries. EMS will take more days for delivery.

A: Once your order is shipped, we will email you the shipping information, including tracking number.

A: We will offer exchange or refund service for the defect of our products during the warranty time. Please contact us before you return the defective products.The buyers will pay for the cost of return shipments, and we will responsible for sending the replaced or repaired items back to buyers.

A: The price doesn’t include importing fees such as customs duties. So you have to pay these fees according to the regulation of your country, and we will try our best to assist you for your requirement.
